could someone make me a signature/banner titled BlueMagic™ i have a previous signature but i would like it optimized to fit in with the game somehow...this is for a clan site i'm creating.

thanks alot and i wouldnt mind if you improved it, im planning on downloading PS CS3 soon so hopefully i can tweak it myself to have unique boarders and stuff

I am thinking about buying some wholesale water pipes from this company in China but I am not sure if they are legal to bring in to the states? What are the laws on water pipes, bongs, and pipes?
