(Requests) A simple traffic sign please

Okay so there's 2 jobs.

The first is just a simple yellow traffic sign that I would like a different vehicle put on it. I'm not very experienced with ps but it doesn't seem too hard.


Here is the sign

Here is the car I would like in place. It's a 98 mustang gt.

It doesn't need to be super amazing just if anyone has time.

The next one is a little harder


This is the picture I would like a "shaker scoop" added to my hood

If it could be done in this finish that would be great

If anyone wants to help that would be great. I'm not expecting too much as I'm not offering money but if it's really fantastic I'll be fine with paying a small fee.
