This has got to be dead simple.
I have a JPG picture (background layer).
I want to add a custom background from another picture I found on Google images.
I pasted that picture I found online. One problem: it's way too small.
The pasted picture was put on its own layer, the rest of that layer being transparent.
I can select the picture by right-clicking on the layer and choosing 'Select pixels'.
My question: how can I increase the size of that little picture?
BTW, I have CS4 Extended.
