Ouch ! Lots of sharp edges on that lady ... 
I like it that there's lots of "leads" in the composition that guides the viewer to the important focus - the eye. There's a spiral and lot's of other things (the thorns) pointing at it.
Had a problem at first with if it's the human skin that's on top of the lizard-like skin or the other way around. Perhaps a shadow could help sorting that out .. ?

Pretty cool Comp. Belial i have to agree whit JgraphNet a lil shadow wont' hurt, and i love the 3D fx on the half face, it looks great.
