Rounded rectangle tool in CS6

Hi, few times I tried to use this tool. But it doesnt seem working. And also when I apply an effect (Emboss) it seems the emboss also not applied. Can someone help to fix this please?

Do a screenshot of the working page so we can see what you are doing.

Sounds like you're working with flat image, be sure the object you're trying to emboss is on separate layer

the screenshot shows button 4 %, so try to resize your button 10 x smaller to see an effect

I set the radius at 70px. And Emboss tool also seems working
