Save for Web, GIF and Sequence corruption

I have a problem to export a PS project for the web. I want to create an animated GIF.
So I use the Animation panel and the "File->Save for Web" dialog (no surprise).
In PS, rendering is correct. When I export to GIF, I have a sequence that is corrupt.
I really don't understand what is happening.

I work with:

  • Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 (12.0.4x20110407 [20110407.r.1265 2011/04/07:02:00:00 cutoff; r branch]) x64
  • Mac OS 10.7.4

I have attached the psd, an exported gif of the psd and a screenshot of my "Save for Web" options.

Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I couldn't find the source of your problem or duplicate what you could have done to get that corrupted sequence. I've also managed to save the gif perfectly...

Probably your CS is acting up and need to reset its reference settings.

I reset my preferences with cmd+alt+shift shortcut. Not better.
Next, I delete ~/Library/Preferences/*Adobe* and ~/Library/Application support/Adobe. Still not better.
It's a bug in Adobe Photoshop 12.0.4 for OS X 10.7.4? I would be surprised..
