Hello, I am searching for an automatic solution to my problem:
I have a picture 1024px x 1024px, which I want to divide into 16 slices and save each slice separately into a 1024px x 1024px .png image while keeping its position within the layer.
So far, what I am doing is putting 3 horizontal guides and 3 vertical guides, with the slice tool selecting each square which is 256px x 256px. Then export the images. The problem is that it exports each slice individually but each slice is 256px x 256px thus not keeping its position within a 1024px x 1024px layer which is what I need. So, what I need is to automatically export each 256px square slice by keeping its position within the 1024 square png. So the result would be a 1024px square png image showing each slice in different image.
Manually I could select each 256px slice and copy paste it in a separate layer and then export manually, but I need a more automatic method to this because of the many images I need. Thanks.
