I have finally managed to solve the issue through 2 scripts. https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/divide-my-image-to-layers/m-p/12467520 This script for placing each slice into a layer. And this script (https://damienfremont.com/2019/05/25/how-to-photoshop-script-export-layers-to-png-files/) to export each layer in a separate png image.
