when you scale somthing it smooths it, but i want to scale a pixel image.
so it stayed all pixely.
how do i do this?

There are a few methods to achieve this. The easiest one is to blow it up in your navigator panel untill it fills your screen and then make a printscreen. Open this in PS and you can make it smaller again.

Another method would be to use the mosaic filter
