Screen rec software

I'm interested in making some video tutorials and I'm looking for a software that can recored and also show my keystrokes on screen.
I've seen it to some tuts but the recording software isn't mentioned.
Does anyone know which program is?

What 'key strokes' you after ?

When creating a tut for AI or PS I use several shortcuts that I want them to be displayed on screen in order for viewers to understand better

mirrillis is good but the best 1 for tutorials is camtasia studio if you choose camrec files it will record all your key strokes, it lets you also make custom templates for them as well, this is what lynda.com use
