scrubby zoom

hello everyone
In my pc,video card supports openGL, and the openGL is available in performance menu, but the scrubby zoom does not active, and I cannot have a pan zoom , please tell me how come? how can I update the photoshop to remove the bug?

Welcome to PhotoShop Gurus

On "Edit>preferences>General", make sure you have animated zoom active other ways, scrubby zoom won't work.

I've got the same problem but both the Animated Zoom and OpenGL are ticked. The odd thing is that my computer seems to randomly switch between the scrubby and box zoom without warning. Think it may be a bug. My computer's pretty low-spec so that may have an effect.

Make sure your Graphic Card drivers are the latest versions. That usually fixes it for me. If not, go back to an older version.
