Shape was a vector and now is not? What do I do?

Hello! I need some help with this. I am working on an infograph, and I had created some simple curved line shapes. At first when I created them they were vectors with clean edges. Then I went to change the color of them, and some window popped up (I think it said in order to change the color they need to be rasterized or something), so I hit ok. Well the colors were then able to be changed but now my lines are no longer vectored! And I can't figure out how to change them back...

I have attached the image below. The 3 lines with the arrows is what I need vectored. They are on the Shape 9 layer as highlighted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm a complete photoshop newbie...
