Slow connections at PSG


Rubbish again for me at 12.55pm quick replies go through as per normal images hang for a while and sometimes when opening different threads to read it just times out altogether?

Mine is loading as fast as I can click the mouse! No problems.
 
I had the same problem quite some time ago and ask the same question in another thread, at that time i was using firefox, IE Never works whenever i have tried it no matter what build it is, Chrome works all the time but again still get some lagging on the site time to time.

The main time for lagging in my area which is any time between 1900 and 2300 UK time and can last up to an hour some times. i think it might be volume of members causing it to lag slightly depending how many are on world wide? Not sure. a couple a hundred people uploading and posting at the same time might be issue, we are in that Que ?
 
I know its not that time now, just sneaking this in whilst at work ,Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.
 
Just thinking of this issue again, I wonder if the individuals internet service providers are running slow depending on how their servers are reacting at peak times. it might be worth while doing an internet speed check at home during any lagging periods at the time we are on the site ?.
 
Spent almost an hour trying to get on here, really bad today timing out all over the place, seems stable now i use four other sites while coming here and all run normally and fast (normal) this site is the issue for connection of late.
 
Sorry to hear that Paul, even during the worst days for me, I never had to wait that long! What time is it there?
 
11.13 am now, does seem ok now but like i said the last hour or so was horrid.
 
It can't be my connection as other sites are loading normally, i even closed chrome and opened up foxylady still no joy?
 
I always have 2 tab windows open.... one for PSG with several tabs depending how much things of interest needed watching over.

The other is for other sites I go to including 3d sites with active downloads. Right now I have 4 tabs in it different sites. I've been downloading stuff the past hour and right now, grabbing a 120MB file.

Yet PSG is behaving and my download strength is doing well.

Maybe my speaking too soon will wake up the witch.....
 
Just did another run around five sites this time all loading as they should, here is behaving for me now but like i said an hour or so ago it was terrible?
Maybe i need to be coming on here after midday in future:mrgreen:
 
With Yahoo Mail open and watching a You tube video.....

Nah... no kinky stuff.....

Just following the exploits and Sochi achievement of our first ever Winter Olympics Ice Skating participant. Didn't make it to the top podium nor top ten, but is a great achievement considering the only ice and snow we have comes from Ice Plants or found at ghetto street corners..... .

I don't wanna log off or close the PSG tab window. For fear I might latch on to a lousy feed if I come back on.....

Then again... we'll never know what causes our problem.

Leaving site for a while..... and giving time for forum system to detect I'm gone and refresh itself..... that's about 45 minutes.
