Smart Object - Canvas Mock Ups - how to resize the canvas and also the edge

I have a psd file which contains a smart object for a canvas mock up. I have been trying to resize this as I want to add the image in the actual size to it with the actual thickness too. I can't seem to do this at all. Does anyone have any pointers as to where I would look to find the size of the canvas layer and how I can make that bigger? And also the thickness? I cannot find how to adjust these things at all.

Without actually having the PSD file, I suggest that you select the base layer and use free transform to increase it's size. This is not a 3D matter. The depth is created with a layer style.

If this doesn't work, you will need to upload the PSD file so we can have a look at it.
