Some of my Before and Afters

Thanks for sharing Benjamin. I didn't like the random guy, even though the manipulation fixed him. But the composition does nothing for me. But that's the only one I didn't care for. I find it interesting that you switch a number of greens to brown. The desats and color shifts work better with some than others but overall. Interesting.

Some really interesting, very subtle treatments there. I really love the pastel tonings and the soldier edits.

Great work.

That is a really "Homely" group of photographs. I have a huge love for obscure shots and dynamic compositions, so I instantly fell in love with "The Random Guy" picture. Thats the kind of stuff I enjoy to photograph myself; catching people off guard and unawares. (I sound like a psycho...)

The main point here, is to ensure that your touch-ups/enhancements make the images better. And they have! So its a big bag of WIN for you. Often they can feel over-worked and become so processed they look... bah, for lack of a better term; 'Starched.'

Great work, and I really love the pastel tones in the last one. Didn't need to change the angle though! I liked the slant look. Would be an incredible shot in HDR as well.

Thanks for posting!

Very good! The tornado jay is an amazing shot. Was that really an actual twister behind?
