Colonizer/Factory Ship in Orbit
A combination of POV-Ray 3D rendering and Photoshop finishing.

Farm World
A recently terraformed young agricultural world, colonized by farmers, orbiting a gas giant in a binary star system.

Twilight Moon
A warm moon orbiting a gas giant, that never has more than a twilight. An atmosphere, and basic fluorescent life, exists.

Bright Planet
A rocky world that is partially covered by an ocean of a silvery, reflective yet organic and basic multicellular life bearing liquid. The land masses are still barren, only very basic coastal life exists. This world has three moons.

Chase in the clouds.
You're lucky to catch two atmospheric vehicles involved in a risky chase, in the sky of a terraformed world. But we will never know, who's the "good one" and who's the "bad guy".
The ships were designed inside a game's editor, but then finished with Photoshop that also was used to create the stunning backdrop.

Arriving at destination.
A cargo ship is reaching its destination, the orbit of a hot (and in this picture not visible) mining world in close proximity of its young star.
The ship was created with a game's editor, special effects and background were added using Photoshop.

Roman Freighter "Europa"
Since over 35 years, i am researching on Roman and Byzantine ships, and reconstruct them digitally. See here my reconstruction proposal for the large Roman freighter "Europa" that carries its largest ship's boat behind (being used to deliver good to shallow harbors). Such large freighters would transport amphorae, wheat, and even a great number of passengers, and where mainly used on the route Rome-Alexandria.
We know the famous "Europa" from a detailed Roman relief.
