Im having a problem [confused] with cutting out things of a previous image. Like for webpage frames. I draw the rectangle and try to cut out a specific shape but I can't seem to figure out how to actually do the cut out :{ . If you can help me out I'd highly appreciate it ;\ ...THANX :righton:

Need more detailed info as to what you're trying to do/create Sickmade. Don't know exactly what it is you're after. [honesty]

Welcome to the board SickMade

I hope that I understand what you mean with your question, so here are some solutions in case you want to cut out something rectangular

- Use the crop tool
- Use the rectangular marquee tool to select an area and select image/crop or invert the selection and press the delete button.

Of course I'm only guessing that this is what you initially asked for... :\

Cut Outs

See Im trying to do webpage frames. www.eyeball-design.com like those corner images on there. I figured out a way but see if you can get it shorter this is my way.

>Pick any shape
>Ctrl-click for selection
>razterize
>Via Cut
>Delete shape Layer
>delete last layer created while Via Cut

I dont know if i explained that right but thats what I did to cut out shapes.
