Hi Crew,
I have several layers with various effects, modes and opacity. Is there a way to save all of those adjustments as a single style or do I need to save each layer's adjustments as a separate style?

I believe they are a couple ways you could accomplish this (not for every case)

1) You can create a Color Lookup Adustment Layer and look at this video for details

2) Another way is to create a create a layered file image of just the adjustment Layers. When loaded into Photoshop you can copy these adjustment Layers over to your base image document and all the adjustment Layers as you create them will be added to your new image.

There may be other and simpler approaches and other Forum members may jump in with more approaches
