Can someone make it look like it’s turning into a realistic super saiyan mode.

Assuming you were not referring to Anime and rather body building, here is my attempt. The original image was fairly blurred on the arm and I not too happy with the results and other forum members may make other submissions.
I did not make any adjustments on skin tone as it was not clear what you want as a body builder. That could be adjusted.

I am not too familiar with Super Saiyan, but I gave you a general Glow and Outline effect so as to throw focus on the biceps.

I must remark, that is a terrific transformation in 2 months.
