Specific Take out green shelf

I love this pic but was wondering if someone can take out the green shelf behind my arm so it’s just a plain blank wall!!

Broke my own 1 year rule and downloaded the newest version of Photoshop. Playing with some of the new features and I came back to this image mostly for object selection.
Not perfect and some of the edges still had to be touched up - and the basics still do apply.
Couple of changes in process to get used to but still some fun to work on while waiting for the turkey to hit the table...
