Hey guys and gals,
Hope this doesn't seem like too much of an amateur question...
I work for a local TV station that has a partnership with our local newspaper. As such we create daily weather forecasts for their daily and weekly pubs. I built a pretty easy to manipulate template for our meteorologists and forecasters. (I built this on a MacPro in CS5 -- CMYK, etc., etc.,) When I email the .psd to them and they open it up on their machine (PC based) the project previews properly in the Open window, and also displays all of the layers properly when opened but shows only a transparent layer on the canvas.
Any ideas on what to do to make this work? Another strange bit of info...it only does this on one of the forecaster's profiles. The other two profiles work properly. I get the impression that it's probably a Windows User setting instead of a Photoshop setting? Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Jason
