Specific Transparent background

I was wondering if the background could be cleanly removed here? The girl and her head on her desk will remain. The surroundings around her will be removed but the desk area where her head is will remain. I also was wondering if there was a way to make her mouth a bit more visible without distorting the quality? If there are any other quality additions you’d like to add to increase quality, feel free! Please and thanks!
