Hello everyone, I CANNOT MERGE TWO LAYERS CONTAINING TEXT IN 3D SPACE

One text layer in 3D space: Hello

Another one text layer in 3D space: World

When I select both of them and go to 3D > Merge two layers (or ctlr + E), the following appears. I am not sure where the text goes, sometimes the black at the back flies on the top right. Please do you have any recommendations? Many thanks.

1st picture: both layers are separated.

Hello and welcome.

One text layer in 3D space: Hello

Another one text layer in 3D space: World
Just to clarify................your layers panel from the first "picture" shows that you have two 3D layers that both have "Hello World". These layers both have applied textures. Without having the PSD file to experiment with, I would suspect that this is where the problem might be.

If the 3D effect was working without merging, I guess the question may be why are you trying to merg the two layers?
