Hi every one

I tried to make clouds i've attached them,
now Id like to have the sebilj picture (the fountain in the middle) turned into just outlines (but the inner part being brown, if possible, like in reality but should still look like a simple drawing nothing to crazy)

I would like for you to combine the clouds with the fountain outlines and add 3-4 birds at the bottom of the picture (it should be a t shirt design)

I have only the clouds now, but can you draw or export the fountain from the original picture and make it look like it is all just simple black lines?

Do any of these do what you want?
The first is a sketch outline, the second uses the Find Edges filter, and the third uses the Posterize filter.

To extract only the object in the middle, you can use a layer mask. For a T-shirt design, the mask selection probably doesn't need to be perfect, so the Quick Selection tool would probably do the job.

For the first attachment I posted, here is how to do it.
  • Duplicate your image to a new layer and convert that layer to Black & White.
  • Duplicate the Black & White layer again to a new layer.
  • On the top layer, change the layer blend mode to Divide. Your image will now be mostly all white.
  • On the top layer, apply a Gaussian Blur. The more blur you apply, the more of the underlying image is revealed. In my example the blur is about 2.5 pixels.
  • As an optional step, use a Levels adjustment to increase the darkness of the blacks.
