I've about finished writing the tutorial.

Sorry guys, but to add insult to injury... now I'M out with the flu. AaaagH!
And as well we're taking a road trip to the parent's for the holidays, so... i won't be near a comp for awhile.

Now go get yourself some Garlic, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar and a little fire water
Try to eat one or two raw cloves of garlic a day, just take the skin off and bite! Honey on Granary Toast if your throat can take it. If not mix the honey in hot water, not boiling, with two Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in.
For Fire Water I use a rough brandy, smooth expensive ones don't seem to cut it. A few little sips now and again to clear the throat and tubes
Wrap yourself up and have a nice rest.
