Hi all!
A customer sent me a jpg -- she wanted the background removed and then a drop shadow added behind the main object. I was able to accomplish this in Photoshop with no problem. However, when I tried to send the file back to her as a PSd file she was unable to open it in PaintShopPro 7. I need help with how to save a file with a transparent background and drop shadow in a file format that PSP 7 is able to open. I tried sending a png instead (but may have saved incorrectly as I normally don't work with this file type), but on her end it showed the center picture surround by a large black splotchy area. Any suggestions? She says she is normally able to open png's with transparent backgrounds in PSP7 but for some reason my file doesn't show up properly. Any suggestions? Unfortunately she cannot afford to upgrade her graphics program and although I have compatibility set to maximize we just can't seem to get this figured out.
Many thanks!
