Specific uniform Background for this 5x7 photo

Hello,
Thank you in advance of you edit. This artwork I am trying to get the background to fill up the 5x7 photo. I want the drawing and words to remain in the same space.
the bottom below the words will be used to attach a calendar. I included a scan with the calendar attached. as you can see it doesn't look as good
as it would with the photo has the full background.

I didn't completely understand the instruction - is this what you're trying to do?
I left open white space at the bottom where the calendar will go....
