Unusual Ps dialog box about "Content Credentials".

just got this unusual Photoshop Dialog Box. never seen it before.

Happened when I downloaded a Jpeg from a web image page.

Does anyone know what "Content Credentials" are.? as the adobe help page is a clear a mud.

What are Content Credentials?
Content Credentials are a new kind of tamper-evident metadata.
They enable creators to add extra information about themselves and their creative process directly to their content at export or download.

but when I open and edit an image, do they disappear, or stay within the image ? .

Hi, i have since ran it through Gipixel, and it is now too large to email. I did not keep the original file...

whell for what I can make out of it, it seem to only apply to Jpegs and PNG files. so if I turn it into a Psd, it disappears.? or remains inactve...? that part is not covers in the instructions.
