upgrade CS3 to CS5

I have Photoshop CS3 and so cannot upgrade to CS6 anymore.
So, I would be happy to upgrade to CS5 as I can still find this licensed software

My version of Photoshop is CS3 standard program (not extended) for Mac, US edition.
At the moment I would like to upgrade to CS5, standard program for mac.

Just to make sure I get the right one, my PS is 13102498, which is Photoshop standard (not extended).
Am I correct in saying I need Photoshop CS5 which is 65048598?

Any answers would be appreciated as I have heard so many stories of people having problems with this, i.e. whether the edition is extended or not, whether US version or not, etc.
