Hi PSG's
New member who has survived using PS4 on an iBook G4 with only the 256 MB built in on OS 10.4.11. Wanting to upgrade having purchased a Canon 550D/T2i 18 mega pixel DSLR to photo my paintings in RAW and process with CS4 (my version may not work with Intel ) to make print ready for posters up to A1 in size.
I am narrowed down to the new gen of Mac Mini's. I have a really tight budget. My main concern is Monitors due to the need for color accuracy. I am green in this field and it appears IP is the type to go for although many are way over my budget. I have seen
Asus PA246Q 24.1 ProArt P-IPS LCD £426
Hanns-G HLPB LED TFT 27' HDMI £200 (Good reviews even without IP)
Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM £420
Samsung Syncmaster NC240 PC0 IP £?
I hope many of you have tested and settled on one that is recommended. Thanks.
Appreciate any links for threads that have already addressed this question. I wouldn't want to pay more than the prices above as a basic Mac Mini will come in at around £500. Cheers ;-)
