Hello there,

I am trying to find a vector shaped feather to use in photoshop CS5.

Where can i find it (is it a file with an CSH ending?)

Is a brush the same thing? is it also a vector?

Thank you,

Maya.

For PS, that's .abr . There are a lot of free feather PS brushes in the net... try googling for it. The shapes formed by these brushes are bitmaps.

A vector is different. Better supported by ILLUSTRATOR. In PS, once stretched or transformed , becomes pixelated loosing it's crispness.

Feather vector files (.AI) are also available in the net. The Illustrator - .ai file format - image is imported into PS.
