i want water effect in such a way that there is water in background and when i set image of pen on it it looks that pen is put in water there are waves spreading around it i hope u understand me.

If you're looking for something interactive, you're WAY out of my league. But if you just want the effect of a reflection, make a copy of the object you want to be reflected, flip the copy upside down and place it below the original object and fade it out toward the bottom.
