Water headphones

Hey! I was just wondering if anyone could help me with how to make this kind of effect. I really really really want to learn it, and I have been checking out some tutorials on youtube but I don't see anything that really helps. I'm not really interested in the effects outside the headphones, because I know how to do that but the part of inside is the one I can't get. Any advice? Thanks!

Uhm, yes. This is amazing and I would say it is done at a professional level of photoshop. I would like to keep tabs on this as well if anyone knows of any good tutorials.

The actual water effect looks straight forward to me
background = radial gradient white to blue
layer 1 a few water bubble brushes used
layer 2 the headphones not sure if it is a photo or a model created in a 3d modeeling application
layer 3 more water effect brushes

you may also want to add a mix of smoke brushes as well
