Waving template icons

Hi there,
Im looking for a solution. The Word, Excel and PDF icons have to be in a 3D wave disapearing to the upper right corner of the image. Like there is a wave beginning at the bottom and then with light curve (or something nice) and then moving to the upper right.
You're help would be great. Looking for a solution for a long time now.
I'm using Photoshop CS3.

maybe something like this


if the icons are on a new layer you can use transform-distort to make them get smaller to the right
and a layer mask with a gradient to make them more invisible to the right

and not forget the motion effect with filter

Tnx for you're respons. Cool that it is possible with Photoshop to create this 3D effect.
I tried to make the same effect as you did, but didn't succeed with the transform-distort tool. Can't make the little curve that some icons have. Did you you maybe use some other tools?

Can you tell me more about how you did this? Or can you design it yourself, only without the motion effect. I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for it. See you're from Belgium, so that's within the EU...

I do'nt have english photoshop and I was wrong , I looked it up and it's called transformation warp
