Hi there gurus!

I’m looking to have this picture enlarged but was hoping for some edits to make it look more visually appealing.

Could someone 1) edit/clean up the background, 2) enhance/sharpen/improve the colour, and 3) fix the double chin and receding hairline in the black-haired woman?
