Help What are Recipients for a posted quested?

I just joined. I'm unable to post a CS6 disk activation question because I need to enter a recipient? Does you have to address questions to a certain member ? What are Recipients?

Just go to the 'General Board Section' and start a new thread.
Click in the thread title section and the dialog box will open.
