What Kind Of Art Is This? Can I Make It In Photoshop?

Hey guys, im not new to photoshop so much. but im new here. and i was wondering what kind of art this was and if it is possible to make stuff like this in photoshop. im sure i can achieve the light grain and the dusty look but i mean if i actually have a photograph of something is there a way i can get it to look like the photos below?

Yes...find a good set of the items you need from a stock source...deviant art ...google.... then if you have the vision and skill set you put things together in layers...our own chrisdesign does some of this style...

Those are not photos and no photo were included as far as I can tell, pure manual work.
