Well it wouldent be possible to get a shot of everyone with the same pose .. these are created photos Right // Anyone else agree , thes are not real .. right .. anybody else see it ???

NOTICE: that the EYES have ALL been retouched the same way , same exact effect.
So it must have been some kind of non profit ad campaign to get all those shots at one time, just wondering how you get some of those characters to pose like that. Not that flattering..
Could someone post the exact way that was done , i have seen that effect before but this effect here is applied perfectly.

look up Martin Schooeler He does these images he is a photographic artist and digital manipulator. you may be able to get his exact techniques somewhere.
looks to me like subtle caricatures just over exagerating the persons natural features. via transform and liquify tool. and then some topaz style skin smoothing or more natural, Look up Jill Greenberg she is queen of skin smoothing.
