What would be the best way to arch an image?

Hey all , I have some text that I need to arch, how ever its no longer in type form it is now rasterized. What would be the best tool to use to be able to arch my image ? Thanks in advance.

The only thing I would add is that I would make a guide to fit it in. I would use the pent tool to create the arc. I find it easier to adjust the handles that way.

The Transform Warp Tool has a Dropdown Menu with the Same Options as Arch Text.

Waves, Arches, Flags, and Shapes Like That. It Helps take the Guess Work Out of the Equation.
