White Black logo for a tshirt negative space isn't working?

I have this image and trying to have it print in white ink on a black shirt however when I check mockups of how it will look the pumpkin looks like a blob I don't know how to make the white print cleaner. I attached my file then the blotchy mock up thanks

There's nothing wrong with the image. Looks great. This should print just fine on a black shirt.

how come when I tried it to print on a mockup POD site it shows blotchy as you can see the white bleeding. Thanks
