i was just playing around with a graphic i made and i was trying ot get a simple effect but for some reason i cant get it right even though it's so simple. What is want to achieve is thin white lines on a new layer which will be placed on top of the graphic i made. I tried the pen tool wouldn't let me fill because theres nothign on the layer and same with the line tool. Anyone know a way i could achieve this. theres a link to a examlpe below

I feel sooooo stupid ;\ . I simply had to use the pen tool than make a stroke path. Can't believe it took me so long to figure out something so simple.

Do't feel stupid. Hey: you found the solution yourself. That deserves a pat on the back. And once you know how to do it, everything looks simple.

BTW: you may want to try to place the lines on another layer and then try out the blend modes...

You dont have to feel sorry or embaressed ;)
I`m not realy good speaking English person and i didn`t understood your question right. I thought YOU made this one job... and for me? any other lines on this peace would be superflous. :P
