I'm trying to create a cloudy desert mountain city scene. Right now I'm not sure if I want to make it Sci-Fi or something like Mad Max / Wasteland scene. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Looks great so far.
You could add some MadMax vehicles cruising close to the rocks, and a big guy in the foreground with his back to the viewer, checking the situation.
