"Wrapping" image

Hi!I'm trying to make some graphics for my website. Can't say I care much for Photoshop at this very moment, I tell it to do one thing, but the outcome is very different. Anyways, I would like to request some assistance for making a image that looks like it... 'wraps' itself around the bor---, Kinda hard to describe it... You need to understand layers and layer styles to get the effect you want. Apparently you're new to Photoshop, and haven't yet learned all the basics.

Not really, although new to 99% of the features there. I usually just go to the effects, and call it the day.

Sadly, since my ps guy is gone for a few weeks, I can no longer leech off him.
