Zombie

Very creepy! Good job.

I do wonder if you meant the eyes to come out quite like that. They seem like the eyeballs are leaking around the eyelid, etc. Only it doesn't seem intentional. They need to be smoothed out and contained IMO. I did some quick, rough cloning on the left eye to show you what I mean. If you had something else in mind, then never mind!

As I look at it again, especially the right eye, I'm thinking that must be your intention (though I'd like to see the pink extended to fill the entire sclera). The right eye is more believable than the left IMO. Looks like a fun project.

I think it may look better if the skin wasn't so clean maybe add a darker rougher texture to the whitish smooth areas? Just a thought....I've never seen a clean zombie before lol

Happy Halloween all!
Clair your right about the eyes, they were bothering me. I was just so excited about how it was all working so well and spaced going back to fix them.
Idad I guess I should dirty his face more. I was trying to take a pic of myself and that would not have needed that much photoshop. Jean

Good first try. Some tips to improve the realism for next edit. The brushes or textures you have used look like they have been placed on the skin, as opposed to being a part of it. Consider playing with blend modes to make them seemless next time. Also the angle of the textures makes them look flat when they should curve around the planes of the face. Instead of using textures or brushes which look like cracked plaster/concrete, Google some pics of raw meat or surgical procedures, and play around with adjustment layers and blend modes to get the textures looking like a part of the face.
