hey guys, i am kinda stuck on trying to photoshop the words "green mitts" onto the heart shape in the picture.

anyone can make it look natural like the words are written on the heart shape in real life and not photoshop in?
many thanks!

You should be able to layer the writting on top of the heart and set the blend mode to darker color.

If that doesn't work use blend if from the blending options menu. Slide the right slider to make the white disappear.

i tried and it turns out like this.

in your opinion, which one looks more realistic and natural, instead of looking like the words are photoshopped into it?

I would use divide layer mode for the "green mitts" layer (white text)

Cut out the signature and paste it into the other picture. Use transform to size and rotate it into place. Set the blend mode to multiply.

I came up with this......alittle more complex than my original explanation.

I went for the sharpie look.
