hair issue changing background

I need some help changing background

I have masked using channels, I am struggling with the hair using CS4

Hair is by far one of the toughest maskings.......... nobody, can jump right into Photoshop and do a good job with hair without a lot of practice practice more practice!

Yeah, they have some really good info there. I used those tuts for all my cutting out needs lol.
