It's been a week to find a solution, I am trying to change the colour of the water as the wooden floor without effecting the water texture as if she's swimming on the floor.
So what are the steps of the procedure please ?

Thanks.

I have no time right now not even for a little try, so at first look, maybe desaturate that water, paint it with the color of the wood and play with the blend modes.

Since in the psd file you have the lady/water are on her own layer:

Use 'select'/'color range' to select as good as possible the blues in the water
Apply a hue/saturation and/or a color balance adjustment layer on the selected blues to match the color of the floor boards.

(This was a quick and dirty one...)
You'll need to retouch the blue remnants since using color range is a bit trial and fail.
(Use the sponge tool set to desaturate)
