Specific Photo Merge

Hello

We went on Holiday recently, and I have a photo (admittedly one of many, but one at a time eh!) which have only some people not looking in one photo, and others in the other photo.

On this example, I have both of my daughters *not* looking on the one photo (the youngest two, one sat on mommas knee) but nan is looking right at the camera (top). Then on the other one, I have both of my daughters looking, but *not* nan (lower).

I'm looking for the merging of these two, to create a false photo of everyone looking
