    Thats a method that I have thought of yes. However, there are other shoots that are dry that would like to create wet/shinney spots and not copy from this image to do so. Also keeping said texture underneath as well.

    I am not entirely sure about Corel draw. For PS, you can try saving the path that is created in the 'Path' channel the right click and stroke path. It will ask for a tool you would like to stroke from the menu. You have to have the tool setup before you apply the stroke I believe cause it won't...
