    Just set the tolerance higher and select the brown text, enable your quick mask and fill in the blotches exit out of your quick mask and a color overlay in your blend option.

    How tidy is your layers?

    It's funny, at first i couldn't be bothered with dealing with it. I insanely would deal with 50 layers and keep merging them when I thought they were done : ) I broke out of my bad habit and while i haven't color coded them I find Im using them even on the smaller files. Thanks for your input!

    When working on a file with 10+ layers. How organized do you keep your layers with names, colored tabs, different named folders... Makes me wonder if I died today and a new designer had to look at my files would I roll over in my grave?

    Guys thank you for all your help. I cleared all layer styles and it allowed me to be able to move again. I went into my history and undid the clear style in history and it added my styles back and also allowed me to move items again. I restarted and saved a copy but that didn't work. For some...

    Ok I'm sitting here ready to freak out! Deadline coming fast... I'm working in CS3 and some how I have locked my ability to move anything or re-size. I can nudge but nothing else! I wish I knew what I did Please help!!!! My layers are not locked btw. Thanks! Domonic
